First Technology Group invests in Ascent Technology
Ascent Technology is pleased to announce that leading South African technology enterprise, First Technology Group, has invested in the company by procuring a significant equity stake. The investment will create closer ties between the two entities and will mean that they are able to very effectively leverage off one another’s technology skills.
Arnold Sharp, CEO of First Technology Group, says that he expects this partnership to have a positive impact on the market. “Ascent is recognised as a market leader in its space, and we are eager to capitalise on the additional value add that Ascent’s Specialised Enterprise Database Management, Administration and Consulting Expertise can provide to our clients.”
